Your best people spend their day copying numbers between screens.
Every community bank and credit union runs the same quiet marathon. A loan file gets re-keyed into three systems. An AML alert gets worked by hand, screenshot by screenshot. A new account gets verified across a core, a CRM, and a spreadsheet that somebody's maintained since 2014. The procedures live in binders and in the heads of a few veterans who are one retirement away from taking them with them.
You can't hire your way out of it — the talent isn't there and the margins won't allow it. And the big software vendors? Their "automation" is a six-figure integration project that takes a year and still needs a consultant to change a single step.
If you run a financial institution, you already nodded at least twice. That gap — between the work that has to happen and the people you have to do it — is the problem we exist to close.
What that costs you

Our mission
Put frontier AI to work at the edge — on your own hardware, with your data, and no token meter running.
The dominant way to use AI today is to send your most sensitive data to someone else's cloud and pay by the token for the privilege. For the institutions that handle people's money, their health, their identity — that trade is a non-starter. The data can't leave, and the bill can't scale with every success.
We build Edge AI: capable models that run where the work happens — a workstation, a branch server, a device — instead of a distant data center. You get frontier-grade automation with the data control of an on-prem system and a flat, predictable cost. It's the thing the big labs structurally can't sell you, because their entire business is metered cloud inference.

Why we believe this
I have watched this shift happen before.
Early in my career I worked at NASA Ames. On one side of my desk was WorldWind, an open project that took enormous satellite and terrain datasets, the kind that used to need a room full of machines, and made them run on an ordinary desktop. On the other side were the supercomputers, where the heaviest jobs like weather and climate modeling still lived.
Standing between those two worlds, the pattern was impossible to miss. Capability that starts locked inside a few giant, centralized machines always finds its way out to where people actually work. I saw it with imagery and simulation. It is happening again right now with AI, where the most capable models sit in a handful of enormous data centers, rented by the token. That is just the modern supercomputer.
Capability never stays locked in the big machine. It always moves to the edge. I did not read that in a forecast. I watched the first half of it with my own eyes.
How we get there
One engine, two horizons.
We're deliberately deep before we're wide. We're proving the engine in the place where private, unmetered AI matters most — and expanding from that strength, not from a blank horizon.
Edge AI
Frontier-grade models running on-prem to do real back-office work — starting with banks and credit unions. Show it a task once; it runs across your core, loan, and fraud systems, behind your firewall, with a human approving anything that matters.
Nano AI
Tiny, task-specific models that run directly on devices — a teller terminal, a scanner, a field tablet — so narrow jobs happen instantly, offline, at near-zero cost. The same edge thesis, taken all the way down to the hardware.
Nano AI is our forward roadmap. Today the product is Edge AI for financial institutions.
What we hold ourselves to
Friendly first, powerful underneath
If a branch manager can't use it on day one, we've failed. The depth is there when you want it — never in your way when you don't.
A human is always in the loop
Helpers prepare the work; people approve anything that touches a member, a dollar, or a decision. We automate the busywork, not the judgment.
Your knowledge stays yours
The procedures you teach us belong to you. They're documented, auditable, and portable — not locked inside a veteran's memory or a vendor's platform.
Built for examiners, not just operators
Every action is logged, explainable in plain language, and ready for audit. Compliance isn't a feature we added — it's the floor we build on.
This is the thing the industry has been waiting for.
Not another core. Not another dashboard to log into. A way to capture how your institution actually works and let it run — so your people spend their hours on members, lending, and growth instead of copy-paste. That's the back office every FI deserves, and it's finally within reach.
